Upgrade your 6.7L Cummins with the aFe Quantum Cold Air Intake for increased airflow and performance without the maintenance of an oiled air filter. This system delivers dyno-proven gains while replacing the restrictive factory intake with a large Pro DRY S filter, integrated filter-to-housing design, and CAD-designed intake tube. The oil-free synthetic filter is washable and reusable, making this version an excellent choice for a daily-driven or work truck where easy maintenance and excellent filtration are priorities.
The large 360-degree radial-flow Pro DRY S filter uses three layers of progressively finer synthetic media for excellent filtration and dust-holding capacity. Because the filter requires no oil, servicing is simple and clean. The filter is washable and reusable for multiple service cycles.
The Quantum system features a unique integrated filter-to-housing design that secures the filter to the housing with four captive screws. This creates a positive seal while reducing the number of components required for installation. A built-in three-angle velocity stack at the filter base helps provide smooth, even airflow into the intake tube.
The CAD-designed XLPE roto-molded intake tube provides a smooth, heat-resistant path for incoming air. Cross-linked polyethylene construction resists heat soak while providing excellent durability and precise vehicle-specific fitment. A flexible silicone bellows coupling accommodates engine movement, while premium stainless-steel clamps provide strong, corrosion-resistant connections.
The system utilizes factory mounting locations and is designed for straightforward installation without cutting or permanent modifications.
