The Pro 5R performance air filter uses five progressively finer layers of pre-oiled cotton gauze media to provide maximum airflow with excellent filtration. The filter is washable and reusable for multiple service cycles, making it an excellent choice for drivers looking for maximum performance from their Cummins intake system.
The Quantum system features a unique integrated filter-to-housing design that secures the filter to the housing with four captive screws. This provides a positive sealing surface while reducing the number of components required for installation. The filter base incorporates a built-in three-angle velocity stack to help provide smooth, even airflow into the intake tube.
A CAD-designed XLPE roto-molded intake tube provides a smooth, heat-resistant path for incoming air. The durable cross-linked polyethylene construction resists heat soak, while a silicone bellows coupling accommodates engine movement. Premium stainless-steel clamps provide strong, secure connections.
The system utilizes factory mounting locations and is designed for straightforward installation without cutting or permanent modifications.
