Give your 3.5L PowerBoost F-150 more airflow and performance with the aFe Momentum GT Cold Air Intake. Designed specifically for the twin-turbo PowerBoost hybrid powertrain, this system delivers dyno-proven gains of up to 18 horsepower and 27 lb-ft of torque while flowing up to 51% more air than the factory intake. The high-flow Pro 5R filter, sealed housing, and dyno-tuned intake tube provide a substantial improvement in airflow while maintaining a clean, vehicle-specific installation with no ECU tuning required.
The massive 9-inch tall, 360-degree radial-flow Pro 5R filter uses five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media for maximum performance and filtration. It comes pre-oiled and is washable and reusable for multiple service cycles. Its inverted top and large surface area provide increased airflow and longer service intervals, making the Pro 5R media particularly well suited for performance-oriented street use.
The smooth one-piece sealed housing is constructed from heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene and incorporates both the factory hood inlet scoop and grille air inlet. A silicone seal at the housing inlet seals against the hood to help prevent unwanted hot engine-compartment air from entering the intake. The large clear sight window allows the filter to be inspected without disassembling the system.
A computer-designed and dyno-tuned XLPE intake tube provides a smooth, heat-resistant path for incoming air while maintaining proper vehicle-specific fitment. Stainless-steel clamps and premium silicone couplings provide secure connections and enough flexibility to accommodate engine movement.
