    Upgrade the restrictive factory charge pipes on your 3.0L EcoBoost Raptor with the aFe BladeRunner Hot and Cold Charge Pipe Kit. The larger, free-flowing aluminum pipes are designed with smooth transitions to reduce turbulence and pressure loss, helping the twin-turbo system move charge air more efficiently. Heavy-duty silicone couplings, factory-style quick-connect adapters, and premium clamps provide a strong, leak-resistant connection, while the textured red powder-coated finish adds corrosion protection and a distinctive performance look under the hood.

    The BladeRunner system replaces both the hot and cold sides of the factory charge-air system with TIG-welded aluminum tubing. The pipes are designed to maintain smooth airflow between the turbochargers, intercooler, and engine while providing increased strength compared with the factory components.

    Factory-style quick-connect adapters with O-ring seals provide a secure connection to the factory system. Premium stainless-steel clamps and 5-ply reinforced silicone couplings are designed to withstand high boost pressures. The kit also incorporates a CNC-machined aluminum blow-off valve adapter and 1/8-inch NPT ports for optional sensors or water/methanol injection.
