    Replace the restrictive factory charge pipes on your 3.0L EcoBoost Raptor with the aFe BladeRunner Hot and Cold Charge Pipe Kit. The larger, free-flowing aluminum tubing is designed with smooth transitions to reduce turbulence and pressure loss through the charge-air system. This helps the twin-turbo engine move air more efficiently while replacing the factory piping with stronger aluminum components. Heavy-duty silicone couplings, premium clamps, and factory-style connections provide a secure installation, while the wrinkle-black powder-coated finish gives the system a clean, factory-style performance appearance.

    The BladeRunner kit replaces both the hot and cold sides of the factory charge-air system. TIG-welded aluminum construction provides excellent strength and durability, while the larger-diameter tubing maintains smooth airflow between the turbochargers, intercooler, and engine.

    Factory-style quick-connect adapters with O-ring seals provide secure connections to the factory components. Heavy-duty reinforced silicone couplings and premium stainless-steel clamps are designed to handle high boost pressures. The system also incorporates a CNC-machined aluminum blow-off valve adapter along with 1/8-inch NPT ports that can be used for optional sensors or water/methanol injection.
