Upgrade your 6.4L Powerstroke with increased airflow, more power and a high-capacity filtration system designed specifically for heavy-duty diesel applications. The aFe POWER Momentum HD intake is dyno-tested to deliver gains of up to 20 horsepower and 35 lb-ft of torque while improving airflow by up to 24% over the factory intake.
At the heart of the system is a massive Pro 10R performance filter capable of flowing up to 1,000 CFM. Its 10 layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media are pre-oiled, washable and reusable. The filter provides 99.59% cumulative filtration efficiency while maintaining the airflow required by a performance diesel engine.
The one-piece sealed housing incorporates an auxiliary air scoop to bring additional cool air into the intake. A removable urethane plug is included so the auxiliary opening can be closed during severe cold-weather operation. A large clear sight window allows quick inspection of the filter without removing the housing.
A computer-designed, dyno-tuned roto-molded intake tube provides a smooth airflow path from the filter to the engine. Premium hardware and stainless-steel T-bolt clamps provide secure connections and a durable installation.
