The all new redesigned intake kit for the 2006-2007 Duramax 6.6L takes advantage of our latest silicone seals and air filter designs. With improved air flow by over 15% than previous model, the 75-5080 simply outperforms the stock intake and looks better too
Choose your Airflow
Designed with a secondary opening, the choice is yours between better and best airflow. For those that want to retain the stock airflow configuration a silicone plug is included.
Stronger, Better Silicone Parts.
Silicone is a premium rubber that can withstand temperatures up to 400° F and won't crack or tear with age. It's tough, yet elastic enough to stretch then snap into place for a perfect seal. That's why we manufacture our air box inlet, coupler, and tube connection all from silicone.
Large clear lid
Signature clear polycarbonate lid provides great looks. Now featuring a rubber trim that ensures a perfect seal.
MAF Plate
We engineer our products to avoid check engine lights out of the box by properly mapping the Mass Air Sensor. To ensure a true o-ring seal S&B's included an injection molded MAF plate.
